The 12th Annual North Texas Giving Day is Thursday, September 17th and 89.7 WayFM is partnering with DFW charities and ministries like yours to help you raise funds. 2020 has been a challenging year for us all and many non-profits have suffered the effects of Covid-19 even while providing for those in need.
North Texas Giving Day is powered by Communities Foundation of Texas who helps thousands of non-profits raise critical funds every year. CFT has awarded more than $2 billion in grants since 1953. Again this year, 89.7 WayFM, a Contemporary Christian station with studios in Dallas since 2015 and an audience range of 160,000-200,000 per week, will feature participating non-profits on the air and online to increase their awareness and inform listeners about local organizations that address issues important to them.
As a 501c3 ourselves, 89.7 WayFM primarily reaches Christian adults, as well as those beginning to seek God. Many of our listeners financially support WayFM’s ministry as well, and most are generous people with a heart for supporting a variety of organizations. In the spirit of transparency, WayFM is not participating in North Texas Giving Day as a donation recipient. Rather, we want to expose you and other non-profits who choose to partner with us.
WayFM is making special promotional packages available for as little as $350 to help you reach more potential donors and achieve your goals for North Texas Giving Day in 2020. These combination on-air/online/social media packages will be featured between August 1st and September 17th, 2020.
*No spots will air Monday August 24th – Friday 28th during the WayFM National support drive.
