Live life to the fullest.

You hear this saying all the time and even see it plastered all over home decor, but how do we really do it?

I think the grandma dancing in this video gets it! She probably does not move as well as she used to and it might even be a little painful to get her “groove on” now, but she still does it! No matter how embarrassing, she wanted to dance, so she danced. It almost seems too simple doesn’t it? There are many times that I’ve wanted to dance, but my fear of humiliating myself has stopped me. I think living life to the fullest means dancing even when the people in the grocery store might stare, roll their eyes, or take an embarrassing video and post it on youtube!

God has given us so much here on earth to enjoy, and we do not know how many days we have to enjoy it. Honestly, there are days when I don’t live life to the fullest. There are days when I hang up the phone without saying I love you, don’t notice the sunlight streaming through the trees, and definitely don’t dance! There are too many other things to think about! However, I want to figure out how to live in the moment like this grandmother did and focus on God’s little blessings everyday.
