Disney is doing this cool thing where if you volunteer with a charity that works with them you can get a free ticket to Disney.  My family and I volunteered with Project Linus.  Their mission is to provide love, a sense of security, warmth and comfort to children who are seriously ill, traumatized, or otherwise in need through the gifts of new, handmade blankets.  It was such a cool thing to do with my wife and daughter.  The best part was 5 minutes into it you forget about the Disney ticket and focus on the kids who, sadly, need the blankets you are making.  Here are a couple of the blankets we made.  My daughter is doing her best Project Runway pose.
