One Thing Everyone Hates to Admit

I messed up. I am helpless on my own. Not one likes to admit we can't make it through this thing called life all by our selves. We need God. Matt Maher's song, "Lord I Need Thee" is inspired by an old hymn and this huge need for a God.

"I think we live in a time and age where we want to be self-sufficient and self-reliant and self-determining. And so then, all of a sudden they hear a message at church on a Sunday where someone says, 'You have to admit that you need God,' it's kind of uncomfortable for us." - Matt Maher
