Micah Tyler's weight loss journey has been 10 years in the making, but it has paid off.  Micah has lost over 100 pounds! We were curious just how he did it and in the process found out he and his brother were almost cast on the TV show The Biggest Loser. I loved not only his determination to lose the weight but he also has such a great sense of humor about it.
