Ingredients: 3 chicken breast sliced thin 2 cups all purpose flour (seasoned with salt and pepper) 1/2 cup olive oil Juice of 1 1/2 lemons 1 cup white onion diced 2 cups sliced baby bella mushrooms 1 tablespoon capers 2 tablespoon caper juice 4 cloves garlic minced 1 lb asparagus 2 cups chicken stock 1 stick unsalted butter
